This is a practice for a scavenger hunt related to a Nevada IEP due next week. 4. If you were not at class on 3/20, review the presentation above. |
Week 11: Transition PlansRequirements for Week 11:
1. Read the reading out of your IDEA Transition book. 2. Watch the presentation about transition plan development. 3. Watch the video related to transition from the Washoe County School District Website. This was the statewide training that special education teachers received. Transition Training. You will need Windows Media to watch it. Respond to the video on the Discussions page. 4. Choose a case study related to transition. Please note, sample transition plans are included on this site. You will be writing your own. Click here for Case Studies 5. Download the IEP on the right-hand column. You will fill out the transition pages on page 4 and 5 of the IEP using your case study.
